Hi everyone!

This is a mini-guide about the new feature that our Launcher will include.

This new feature will be based on a system to authenticate the computer from which the users log-in, taking as the main terminal the first computer in which they log-in starting from today.

This system will require that each time that an account is accessed from another computer that wasn't used to log-in for the first time, a validation code via e-mail has to be submitted.
If the code is correct, the computer will be authenticated, and it will be possible to access the account.
It's worth mentioning that this authentication needs to be done only once, which is why it won't be necessary to authenticate again a computer that was previously approved.

This way the accounts' security will greatly improve, since in case an unauthorized access exists, the owner will be notified via e-mail to approve it or not.

On a side note, if a user tries to access his account from a new computer, and for some reason the user doesn't have access to his e-mail address, he/she must contact our Support System to make an e-mail change after verifying his identity and proving he/she is the legitimate owner of the account.

We hope this becomes a great help to reduce the amount of users being by unauthorized accesses.
