anyone try RO on wii-linux?

before i give a try, anyone else have try to run this wonderful RO
on the wii linux?

To bad Sony removed the Other OS function else i would have tried to install it on the PS3 =]

I think someone in the past asked if its possible to get it on PS3 but Iirc the cell processor in the PS3 isnt supported by RO, Xbox Im not sure, Wii by all means try but most computers with decent gaming hardwear will probably be more powerfull than the Wii

the hw of the wii is probably much better than the one i'm using to play RO
(my pc is really old :-D)

the gfxcard of the wii is a ati if my memory wont fail..

with wii homebrew you can run linux on it.. (i'd done it.. it work) now
i'll have to see if with a usb HD i can let RO run , when i've a 2-3 free days
i'll give a try on it so..
(try to imagine if you are able to swing the wiimote to attack

lol)

Arent Wii cpus imb/powerpc? In that case i doubt youll get an x86 game to run on it. Same with ps3. Xboxes both have an intel cpu if im not mistaken.

Yeah the Wii is a PowerPC viariant "Broadway." This CPU will not run x86 code without porting/recompiling - Which for RO means a fail since it is closed source.
