User allready logged in

i keep getting that message after disconnect from amun.
I need to wait half an hour right?
Or should i write support immediately, cause i am not logged in ...

solved: yes .. needed to wait 30 minutes..

I had the same on amun- cannot log in cause Lekarz is logged. I solved it by another account - add 'bugged' character to friend list (he was online there) and double click on his name. As a result in no time 'bugged' one was offline and availble to login...
