Default Help with a 3D monitor.

I'm thinking of getting a 3D monitor to pwn noobs on, but I don't really know much (read: anything) about them.

Can anyone give me any advice or suggestions when buying one?

Gracias!

I own a 3D Panasonic TV, and I can vouch for them. Their 3D technology was afaik one of the first and best to go out for commercial use. I normally don't buy Panasonic products, but I think if you were to ask anyone else out there which brand has the best 3D tech, it would be Panasonic. I tried a 3D Samsung television before my current one, and I wasn't very impressed, on top of that I was feeling heavy in front of the TV, had headaches afterwards. The other option was a Sony model, but I personally felt it was too overpriced and that I could get a same or better model from Panasonic.

I'm sure monitors are the same, I don't have a 3D monitor, if I did then my eyesight would truly be in jeopardy.

From what I've seen, they're actually not that expensive. They range from £120 - £400 for a 22" - 24" screen. However to make the most out of them, you need the nVidia gaming glasses which are another £120.

@KKharzov, thanks for the input.

Don't switch entirely. Your head will hurt and eyes will be very tired if you use it for every game.
