Default warmaster items

Will we have to equip all the items to be a warmaster or just have them in our inventory. Because eventually, every player would look the same:P

To tell the truth, Id rather wear a magical/epic armor with const/hp/ AB bonus etc, than the warmaster armors, coz imo they just suck, in their current forms u can only add resist to em.....(Hope that will be improved in some ways).
Dont like the idea neither that I have to wear em to be able to use warmaster spells, if spells are not that cool (), i wont even bother collecting enough coins for em, ok maybe for the barb hammer and sword lol, those are the only ones worth to get imo.....

Yes, for a mage, the few armor points don't substitute for a mana hat, const/hp tunic and 7cs gloves. When (if) I get the warmaster equipment, I'll use it only for the special spells. I hope that will be possible.

18% more resist towards eg. pierce is quite alot of defense you gain as a mage.

The new armor sets provide quite alot of damage resistance, not from the base armor, but from the +10 on every piece. That value is simply added to your final AP, so you get 50 extra AP from the warmaster set (Archers & Barbarians), 60 (Knights), and 30 (Mages). These sets are like walking around with 30% protection all the time, before any buffs. Combined with gems you can get some possibly quite overpowered damage resistance combinations.

I'm not saying its' worth dropping special, magical or epic equipment. However, these sets are far from weak. The difference between the amount of damage resisted by the level 50 mage sets (unbuffed, Normal) is 120 vs 160 for Warmaster, a 33% passive increase.

Just armor resist thatits, right? You have 9 more sockets aswell leading to 18% more direct damage resist (scaling one).

All in all being warmaster equals being heavy-to-open tin with support for others. Generals? More damage in place of defence for Barbs or we will get half-knights with 2hand weaps...
Ending with irony, Clone wars will be there soon, now we have a shout from game: resistance (for grind) is futile! You will be assimilated (same as other grinders) or you will be just a human
