Hello everyone,

Great news. We been working really hard on solving the tickets issue in our support system. We are aware that many of you didn't get any kind of answer from support. First of all we would want to apologize for that.

Right now, our support team, is working on solving many issues posted in the tickets. Please keep in mind that many of this inconveniences, such us stolen or deleted items or deleted accounts, take some time to investigate and to be responded.
