I cannot complete character creation.

I just made my account and I am making my first character. I finished all details except the name. When I put the name and press done the screen clears itself and the name is gone. So I have to type it again and I do but the button that must be pressed to complete character creation is grey and does not respond to clicks.

What should I do?
