Yes i know I also bought it for the bonus. But now i cant buy. Yes i cant send a ticket. But i wont. I send already some tickets never had 1 replay. Well i had just 1 but that taked some days. And the bonus is soon over. So lets see if i can buy some xim without thhe bonus

I'm having the same problem. I can't buy ximerin via phone. I'm in Australia and my service provider is Telstra.

Why don't YOU contact NGD and tell them about our problem? There's no point in sending a ticket... at least in my experience, NGD is incapable of responding to tickets within 12 MONTHS of when you submitted it. We need this problem fixed within two days so we still receive xim bonus.

Hi!

There's no need for me to send a ticket since I'm not having problems of any kind, besides I've already reported issues concerning Ximerin; for example the one with the newest Halloween costumes pack.

Unfortunately I don't answer or read tickets about Ximerin (clients section) since it's not one of my responsibilites to attend problems regarding the company's finances and incomes.

So, the only thing I can do from my position it's to ask you nicely to be patient, since all tickets get read if they're properly written and sent.

Hmm nothing is right awrath said except: atleast they did for me. Seems like you are so avaricious that you shut off our text messages at bonusses
