Error en instalador x64 en Lubuntu 13.04

He tratado varias veces de instalar el Ro, con todas las peripecias que se dentro del OS y el unico resultado que obtengo un error al finalizar la instalacion, dando solo la chance de cancelar. Esto aparece:

Alguna idea que hacer, porque a mi me va que esta con problemas el instalador. Por cierto lo he bajado 2 veces ya por torrent. Instalado por consola y gui

mismo problema por aca, trato de instalarlos en centos x86_64 y me manda el mismo error casi al terminar

funciono al instalarlo mediante steam ...
