New support system

Hello i have really funny problem. Im not getting e-mails like

assword change, e-mail change so i decided to use support. But you need to get email with password. So it's a bit bad situation for me. Any good ideas ?

I got the same problem.

It is possible to send ticket without logging in. I did this one or two month ago, but I didn't receive any E-Mail so far. So far it looks like sending tickets is a waste of time; at least if you are not logged in

You can always send a ticket at the General department by not being logged-in.

The system will ask you for a name and an e-mail address. An e-mail for every Support reply will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
