One of my chars still is saved in that ex- altar that was removed and we never saved in another place.. That means i will be banned too, because NGD decided to change the altars (and remove this one) and we didn't change it?

Sorry, but from an objective point of view, the punishment totally makes sense.

To sum it up, you're bound to an inexisting altar that no-one else can use or even see, and that potentially gives you an advatage over other players especially under invasions. You know it yet don't bother to simply fix it by binding to an existing altar, so you are intentionally abusing this bug.
I agree that NGD should care more about avoiding this kind of issues after updates but no software is perfect and they surely can't handle all the corner cases (this is the case for any game anyways). Now it takes the players' responsability and common sense to notify and not to use them, all of which is clearly stated in the ToS that you supposedly agree everytime you log-in...

So unless you just came back into the game and didn't notice the change yet, you are totally guilty.

Its one thing if you're an old player that hasn't logged on for a long time and had no idea that the alter was removed. However since you openly admitted that you were aware of it and you still chose to remain bound there for various reasons is fairly deserving of a ban. Maybe not a permanent one but a ban nevertheless. There's a reason why NGD removed those alters and continuing to use them through a bug is simply not fair.

On the bright side, NGD's doing you a favour by giving you a chance to waste your time and money on a better game. Since Gamesamba is working to get your ban lifted, I guess you're stuck here.

Yes, I agree with you. I didn't say that it should be done, but actually is just stupid to get perma ban for it.
It gives you many advantages I know, however, you also should understand that, you supose (at least in a normal game company..) that NGD fixed the save when they remove it.
For example: I have chars that were bound to that place, and they havent died since I logged them (for a few time now) i didnt have any freaking idea that i would ress there, and that was what i meant that i would get a ban if somehow i log them, they die and i ress there (if i don't forget to change my altar).
