Thank you, NGD, for giving us xims as Xmas present. Also, thank you for waking up and releasing new upgrades to the game, as well as starting communication with the community.

In the near future I'd like to see some more changes:

1. Bugfixes of bugs reported many times before
2. Class balance, especially mages
3. Relic lock removal on Haven

Keep up the good work.

They have been more present lately, and the xim was a nice surprise! I was able to buy some boosters for my low level characters. Interfacing with the community more has been welcomed and makes us feel like they actually give a damn, which being a small company is very important. It's also important the players and NGD work together to help create an awesome game, and before it felt like it was just the players constantly moaning to deaf ears. It's nice to see them stepping up and getting more involved. Thanks!

i think they were quieter before because the atmosphere in forums was so poisonous against NGD. Everywhere I looked, there was so much antipathy against, resignation with and hate for NGD's efforts; and also hatred for other forum users opinions which are contrary to someone else's opinion.

Enough of that. I for one always believe encouragement is better than negative criticism. I also believe in allowing all forums users to contribute without feeling maligned, insulted or abused.

Personally what I want to see is a rolling 2 monthly poll on the No.1 one thing the community wants NGD to fix in the next 2 months which will make them ask their friends to come play!

I'd like to see special gift cards available in game stores to help promote the game a little more. The gift cards could have a redeem code for insta level 10-15 and a free light horse to get them started, and offer more expensive gift cards that give them level 30 and 45. This could be rather expensive for them, though.. I really have no idea.
I would even go so far as to help fund a kickstarter project for them to provide major revamps to balance and to invest more time into the game. Not only will they receive funds, but kickstarter is an awesome marketing strategy from what I've seen. Balance is one of the leading causes of players leaving the game, it would be a shame if it were not fixed before everyone except Amulet/boss ring wielding people left.

Oh please this!! The free horse part isn't necessary just a simple gaming card, cash for Xim, sold in stores would be great.

It is good for promotions and ease of getting money into the game. There are many people who aren't able to use the current methods and then there are people like me who don't trust them. Sadly in the end it may not be as cost effective to make it happen, even some of the big games have done gaming cards only to discontinue them.
