How can I build a knight?
Whch races, powers, skills, weapoms and armors are the best for a knight from the beginning, before and after lvl 10? Grinding and WZs?

Knight
Race does not really matter i guess, just pick the one that looks the best for you . As for the powers they are same aswell for each race depends what class you pick, gear and weapons are the same for each race aswell if thats what you meant though they do have different bonuses so the weapons with alot of extra stats or armor with enchantments will be more expensive and harder to get/drop.
And if you play Ignis realm feel free to pm me! my character name is Pain |

Now seriously, as Pain wrote, race isn't important. About leveling... Well, untill level ~35 you'll have plenty quests available every level, so that's fine way how to level up. After lvl 15 there is also option to do realm tasks(check the boards in towns), most effective(but also boring) tasks are letter delivering. So basically, untill you are lvl 30-35 you won't need to grind much. After lvl 35 there aren't enough quests, so you'll have to grind or do letter tasks as i wrote above. On lower levels weapons aren't that important. Just pick the one with best stats(will be mostly around your level), same with armor. While grinding i'd use spear on lower levels, later can be slashing spell "South cross" usefull for you while grinding, so you might decide between spear or sword(axe). Advantages of blunt weapons aren't so big while grind, but still if you find some nice hammer or mace, you can use that for grind also. While grinding, never forget maxed Taunt. Weapon buffs(agile maneuvers,Accurate swings, brutal impacts) are usefull also, don't forget caution, kick, feint, maybe offensive stance if there is conjurer healing you... Just keep experimenting with your spells, that's best way. Sadly, long grind awaits you first, untill you reach level in which you'll be usefull in war. The good thing is, knights are usefull as support class even on lower levels than offensive classes, lets say lvl 35-40 is perfect for slow start in warzone. I won't write about warring, you got time for that. And also, don't hesitate to ask anyone in your realm, most people are friendly and will help you with setup for war or anything. And Alsius has cool knights also.

how much damage a knight does depends on what weapon you got, if you get buffs from others
or use offensive stance (which will make grinding a bit harder) There are knights who are just as dangerous as barbs, damage wise. vanguard and shields, are just 2 sub-trees in the knightclass because you have so many trees, you need to use a lot of discipline points to get the good spells as you will never get enough points to reach all spells this, in most cases, forces people to choose what spells they want to take, and thus how they are going to play Id say try out different spells while grinding, ofcourse a lot of knight spells are support for allies so to figure those out, ask around in clan, realm chat or here on the forum people will explain those spells so you understand how they will work in RvR

Barb=Damage+Speed aka: Oh Sh** a b... Hello again altar.
Knight= Survivability+Support aka: Why wont this thing Die Already!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Knarb= Survivability+Medium Damage aka: Why wont this thing Die Alr..... Hello altar. If you get good weapon, you can hit pretty high as a knight. You wont be able to beat a barbs high-end damage though. Someone else will have to give ya updated info on the damage you will be seeing as I aint sure on the average damage in Haven right now for warriors.
