Stuck on downloading resources

Alo.

A good friend of mine has the following issue: Her game resources are stuck on a specific number and the download cannot be completed.
Please see attached file:

We have tried various things, like disabling the windows 7 firewall, experimenting with settings on game launcher (download all resources and not, 64-bit version, experimental client), uninstalling and deleting game folder, etc., but nothing worked. We have also tried to erase .idx and .sdb files, and what happened is that game got stuck on even the first resource (first from the 1948 in total i think).

Apart from windows firewall, she has microsoft security essentials as antivirus. OS is windows 7.

Any good idea?

The progress on the issue was that we copied the .idx and .sdb files from an other CoR installation to this pc and at least we managed to get into game.

Of course this is a temporary solution, since we will encounter the same problem on the next update.

Feel free to suggest any more permanent solution.
