Can't log in in support page

Help! I already register at support page but when i want to log in it says email or password incorrect i got lost password put the exact same one and it coninues with error.

Hey!

You need to use the email of the account and the password that the official page gives you in MY ACCOUNT section.

If you still have problems. You can send a ticket without logging in.

Doen't help because i want to send a special ticket but it appears a lock so..
