Minimal level to get XP and WMC from enemies

Hi everyone!

What is the minimal level of character when you start receiving XP and WMC from enemies?

To be honest I thought there is no such limitation. But, my new character is 40 and still nothing. On another character lvl48 it was working.

I think lvl 45.

Hey!

Yes the minimal level restriction is level 45 at the moment but it is subject to change as Adrian mentions in this thread and this post.

However, It is a little delayed because of the network issues, so I have no accurate ETA for this.
