Hello.
Is there a reason why my ticket hasn't been responded to about a major error of one of your quests? Ticket was filed about two weeks ago. It would have helped make a lot better use of my time in leveling up my knight if this quest was working properly. Hope it gets fixed soon. neither, i sent my tickets like 3-4 weeks ago, not a reply, it is 'critical', i have told frosk in person during pvpvp tournamenet, promised me that we can talk about it after pvp, asked tolos to tell him, also gave nemus ticket number, he said he forwarded it. Nothing.

My experience with tickets is that if they don't reply within 3 days they won't reply ever.
