Don't have access to old email

Hello, I used to play this game a long time ago and wanted to check out my old characters, but when I logged it it required a key to use it on my computer. However I don't have access to the old email i used with this game and thus can't get the key. Is there another way I can activate it or change the email? I still know the password and username for the account, i just can get to the email.
