Server problems :/

Had to make another thread to sum it up nicely.
Theres been a lot of problems going on with Haven recently.
All which i know :
Server co12 error : Even though server is not down or anything, random co12 errors when logging but fixes after 2-3 tries.
No maintenance :There was no server restart or maintenance on Wendesday when it always happens, it did not happen even after any number of hours.
Server crash : Yes server was down for 12 hours, and there was green symbol on Haven though no one could log in, though boosts was given still nothing else told to us.
Server lag : It happened a lot to every player on Haven before the server crash, and though the server restart may have fixed it, Still, many players are still getting similar lag spikes.
Any info about all this for us?
