Ximerin not showing up ingame

I bought some xim yesterday, and they are still not showing up ingame, or on my Account. I always received them after ~30seconds, any idea what to do? Already submitted a Ticket yesterday, but got no reply

Hi there

We are working to fix an "issue" with a payment method. As soon as it is fixed the ximerin will be granted!

Thanks for the Info. Do the other Payment options (not Paypal) work? Would it be possible to cancel the paypal transactions?

arf i didn't saw this thread and i paid for xim this morning and nothing happend.
I submited a ticket for that.

I purchased ximerin on 14.11.2018 and I still don't see it on my account.
The support ticket from the same day has not been answered as of yet.

Makes me avoid the game.

bought xim today and it worked for me , couldn't buy xim for a gift though
