Extra quickbars and key bindings

As the title says, I think it would be nice to have an option to use extra quickbars and maybe drag them wherever we want in the screen. This could be useful for faster spell casting or switching equipment instead of having the choice to only use f2 f3 f4. Also, judging from my mmo experience, every single game has the option to adjust your keys in a way which is suitable for you and not using other programs to do that. I would love to see that in regnum too.
