Default Escape with teleport-scroll?

Today I hunted a knight wich suddenly disapeared short before he was dead and I got no RP, so I thought he lock off, which is sadly often in the last days. But after some two minutes he came back from the gate, so he can't have locked off.

Now I got the question, is it possible to escape a fight with the teleport-srolls?

If it is, NGD should change this very very fast.

the casting time is 30 seconds and it gets canceled when you are attacked (scroll is not wasted..) so.. that mustve been something else..

Hi,
at least on the experimental server, teleport is cancelled when hit, it could've been something else, or it looked like you hit him just the second when he finally teleport (because of lag for example).

I'm not saying there is not a bug, just telling what we tested.

Thanks to craulins for almost killing me when testing

Take care.

Maybe he used a teleporter-stone? There are some of them, for example near the norhtern market in Ignis. They teleport you far away.. Once a big group of Syrtis was chased by us (bigger group of Ignis). They teleported away and waited for us. We prepared and each of us used the teleporter too... Was a great battle, I remember it.

If you spawned at the save, then I suspect the enemy killed you. After you crashed your client, your character might have stayed for a few more seconds, vulnerable to the enemy to finish you off.

Don't crash your client to try to keep from dying! It is stupid, people will laugh at you and consider you low-class and without honor, and you will embarrass your realm. Chances are, you will probably still die and the enemy will get RP anyway, so you tarnish your reputation for nothing.

It was irony what Myxir did.

But dishonor isn't somthing which give you your lost RP if someone escapes by crashing his client and, as I said above, it happens very often in the last time. Maybe I get the RP and it isn't shown in in the log, maybe I don't get the Rp, I can't ceck it as long as NGD don't implement a RP-Counter visible for us players like XP and the other stats.
