White Blobby Graphics

All of the sudden I have white blobby graphics. So I removed and re-installed regnum but no change. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this:

Archlinux, ATI video card

I have removed the live directory several times but nada

Ok, so can anyone else help? No offense but this wasn't very useful. I've already looked through what little documentation is provided with the linux ATI fglrx drivers and I haven't found anything.

Is this a case where I need to allow all resources to load? Please let me know if anyone has an idea or actually helpful information....RTFM doesn't really help as I've done that.

downloading all resources didn't friggin help. Has anyone had luck with the fglrx catalyst driver?? My system was working just find until the driver update.

ok then maybe you should uninstall the drivers to the previous version, that should help.
