golden broach and deadly sight rings

How do i get my hands on these? specific quests? Does anyone have any they'd be willing to trade in Syrtis?

Poicelle in fisgael gives the quest for the ring. Not sure about the other.

Last I checked, Columba, you are well above the lvl required for the quest. A guard at the west entrance of fisgael gives quest for Golden Broach, but I forgot which one.

i want to level up another character just for the ring but don't want to level too far.

The lvl is around 22 or 23. Just everytime you lvl up, check with the town crier.

If i remember correctly you Poicelle gives it at level 23 and above..
