Okay this happens ever so often. Sometimes by screen turns black or blue when i talk to someone then when i move away its normal. and sometimes the games out of sync, what i mean by that is that i go towards someone and try to talk to them and im like 1 inch away from their face and it says your too far away, i ask my friends wat am i doing?, while im running around, and they say your standing still. Problem...

sounds like the server is not mapping your actual position correctly, it happens, i once managed to go to syrtis inner realm when i was by everyone else's view standing at pines save.

You had an out of body experience

as far as i could understand, to reduce the server load NGD reduced the size of movement messages. sometimes it seems to really mess up players and mobs positions. they'll probably fix that soon.
