Spell focus.
have a warlock, and I am trying to figure out how much spell focus helps.
also, I am more concerned about my spells hitting the target then doing max damage, so in this case, what rings would I wear? I am thinking that 2 spell focus +4 rings would be the best. (other combos are +3 int +4 spell focus; + 4 spell + 2 conc; + 3 int +2 conc) any suggestions ? thank you. |

spell focus is influenced by concentration and main attribute (int for mages)
I would try to get as many +int items as possible because int also gives you more mana, faster mana regeneration and a better resistance against spells. Besides your staff hits will do more damage with more int. Also I think main attribut increases spell focus more than conc, but I am not sure about this, it is just my personal feeling. About the spell focus rings: spell focus in not displayed in character window, therefor nobody realy knows if +4 spell focus is much or not. (It could be 4 out of 1000 or 4 out of 100, who knows...) But I made the experience that spell focus ring helps quite a lot, other may tell you they don't help at all. So, my suggestion is to wear 2 +int rings or +int ring and + spell focus ring.
