Graphical messup after choosing realm

The game starts up fine, logs in fine... but something goes wrong after I choose my realm.

Before the "choose your realm'' screen fully loads and displays I see green and gray strips in a sort of grid pattern on the screen. Then, after I choose my realm, I see another grid of green and gray stripes... there is something underneath of it, but it isn't distinguishable.

I am running Ubuntu 8.04, 64 bit, and I have a GeForce 7600 GT. Any ideas?

Try updating the nvidia drivers
