Crashes

I made a character and when i try to start playing it loads halfway and then it says that the game has crashed and must close. What should i do?

To help you please provide a few more details like OS you are using, any firewalls running, and are you drivers up-to-date?

And also maybe post a screenshot, or a short movie of what's exactly happening and where it's happening.

I bet you are using Windows, cause else you wouldnt get an error message so try send that report to Microsoft and see if you can get any further information from their site.
