Forum changes

Hi Community,

As you may see, there have been some changes to the forum:

- Forum template: It has been changed to reflect the official webpage's style. Anyways, if the user wishes to, it can be changed to the classic style in the "User CP" -> "Options". If you find any kind of error please report it to community@ngdstudios.com.ar

- Sections reorganization: To achieve a better information organization the order of the forum sections was altered and some new were created. The "Development" section is now private, in which soon we will accept volunteers to discuss in that forum as it always has been done, but with new requirements. This is to enhance and filter the information gathered and anyone can sign up as soon it's announced.

- Deleting reasons: From this moment on, thread and post deleting reasons will be shown to the creator of them. This required some changes to the forum code, the reason why this had not been done before.

- New regulations: There is a new Regulation list available that all users must read and take into account before performing any kind of activity in the forum.
