How do you change configurations of proxy server

Hey,
I have a problem cause my dad installed proxy server and isa server.
Something is not allowing to use p2p programs and play multiplayer games.
Do you know what I should do?

If you want to play regnum behind an ISA Server try to open this ports:

TCP protocol: 48000, 48001, 47300, 80
UDP protocol: 9660

Make sure that the ISA Server has no function of Proxy server, only a Firewall.

I´m not sure, but i think thar regnum doesn´t work behind a proxy server.
