Characher [not user] is already in the world?

I was playing in windowed mode.
then this window poped up,
Java, did u start this? yes no. [on vista]
This is very annoying because when this happens, it kinda pauses whatever is going on in the back...
and when i close the popup, regnum freezes . i have to restart it,
so i did, and got to character pick screen.

When i picked my character, this came.
After i took this picture, i was able to login, i only reported it because it told me to

This happens when u shut down the game immediately and ur character was doing something (for example - u saw a hunter running in ur direction and u crashed - u will see this window, because u can be sure hunter is kicking ur afk ass in the game and character cant leave).

i see the same thing.. but logged out in the right way... O.o what have i to do????

Apparently this issue is happening to alot of us, you can view a discussion about it Here.

I am sure NGD will solve this once they are aware of the issue.
