Client freezes (Windows+DirectX)

Since the last update lots of people reported client freezing for several seconds.

We just uploaded precompiled DirectX shaders, this should solve the problem.

I am still getting 1-3 second freezes when new chars come on to my screen, but its a million times better than it was
