Last week I saw this player on a horse in Fisgael. How did he get it if they cant purchase any ximerin?

high level players (40-50) were given some to test the premium content. If he wasn't high level then he must have another player with a high enough level in the same acount. Lower level players will be given ximerin sometime in the future, but there is no date yet (I don't think the admins know yet)
