getting error message since the hotfix today, cant play

since the hotfix today, ive been getting this error code after i click enter world:
[err][ui_elements][error_code_c012]
can anyone help please?

fixed, apparentley my firewall was blocking the game again (pesky thing)

After game loads resources, if those labels appear, all you need is to log off, and log in again. Whenever that happens, remember this.

Then how come that does not work for me ?

I have reinstalled the game, i cant even remember how many times now...

I dont think its a firewall issue, as i disconnected it...

Maybe i should ?

Anyways, i hope someone can give me a working solution !

Aergaestes : after entering your login/password, you'll come to the server selection window. Click on Option (button up that window) and tick "Update all new resources at once" and finally click Back. Choose your server and character, then the game will start to download loads of data.
It should solve your problem and will prevent this download during the game. Just be patient, because it can be long.

nope, that doesnt work (i let it load for like 3 hours)...but i'l try again tonight when i go to bed, and then i will make it load all night.
