I agree with him. I've sent various members of the NGD staff and customer support my own queries, and I never get responses on them.

I understand that the time is very short for NGD, but it seems they are completely ignoring everything.

the way the pvp seems to be just really attracts me than from other games, and am interested in trying it out, is that a bad thing?

what i think is a bad thing is that no mods/devs or even other people from the community are not helping out problems of new people trying to get on the game, i thought thats what the company wants, more players?

this problem is probably easily resolvable if someone uploaded the complete live folder so people who have this problem do not have to update through the player, but no replies.

what does this tell you?

If my memory serves well, Surak or Niclam(?) once posted an installer with all resources in it from 1.0.6 or 7. Does anyone know where to find it?
