NGD seems to curse us, people that would put drops to good use hardly ever get them :P Infact, people that seem to be laughed at the most seem to end up with the best drops (Hathor, DB, now Platyna and many others??)

I think fortune rewards those who has positive attitude, and are not using any opportunity to say bad things about other people.

She didnt drop it, she payed Scias a ton of Warju gear for it
 Its not bad, but its not amazing either hits around the same as my Satarco when I tested it, the speed is what will make it good, nice for control in fights and gate busting, +6const is nice to, but Id pick the hammer over the axe any day if given the choice
