That's the beauty of long bow. The damage from Shield Pierce is fixed (not affected by weapon damage) so if you have a range 30 long bow that's just store bought - then you have a reach of range 39 if you use parabolic. So you can case normal + break apart + normal + ensnare + normal + shield pierce before most people can reach you.

Dual shot is affected TOO MUCH now by damage nerf everyone received.

Longbow is the new weapon of choice I agree....
Dual shot is almost pointless now since you stop for an extended to before casting. If the enemy strafes then 80% you will not be facing the enemy by the time the cast is ready. Sheild peircing will hit the enemy 90% of the time because of the range + .5 cast time (almost instant)

I don't know what is going on here in regnum, but I have not given up on this game. My choice is just to check in and see from time to time what direction the game is going.

Normal and ensnaring is affected by bow ^^

Point I'm making is that sheild peirce is fixed and at range 39 if using parabolic shot....you can hit more normals that someone with a short bow.
