and yes.. once you're char is higher than 10 it takes 2 weeks

and if you wanna switch realms you have to wait 2 weeks before making a new one

to avoid having to wait the time it takes to delete your character, maybe just make a new login account if you feel like it.

eww thats just so wrong

2weeks may seem awefull lot, but you can waste that time by watching movies/series or something

ofcourse you could try your luck with the support system (top right of page)
if you're really really sure, dont want to wait, and dont mind sending in a ticket with the hope that they'll help you
(coz they might just not and you'll have to wait the 2 weeks anyway

)
