Well in my opinion is Skit the best hunter. His gameplay is damned nice: How he move and use the right spells in the right situtation is really good. I think all agree with me to call him best hunter in game ! If not ... OPEN YOUR EYES !!!
(He is a really nice guy and clanmate too but I think thats not very important to be best hunter) |

Well i am going to be around for at least a little while, so i'll see what i can do about refreshing people's memories. >:}
Gonna have to get used to the new skills changes(found myself trying to cast offensive spells in SOTW like the old days last night), hopefully it wont take too long. |

Came back and played a few hours early this morning.
Hehe, was just like old times, prowling the great desert plains of ignis in a solo hunt...fighting for control of PB...attacking a well defended Fort Samal, ranging deep into the Ignis line of attackers trying to retake samal to wreak havoc... Sometimes even making it out alive. :-P Defending stone vs 3 separate Ignis attacks...chasing SRMFO accross the Syrtis-Ignis river...bushwhacking a bunch of Alsius by their save...ah, what fun. |

You and the rest of the skilled warriors of Syrtis surely made it memorable. There are a core group of players in syrtis that can REALLY play well, and you're one of them.
Good to be back, if only for a while. |

Compoundious gets my vote. When he was in Alsius, he was fun to hang out with, highly effective in war as well as hunting, and was a great team player. I never saw him run away while his teammates were still alive. He experimented constantly, changing his setup a few times a week, finding just the perfect combination. He also helped a lot of noobies, and was always polite to everyone.
I also respect Compoundious for suggestions that would weaken hunters (not casting Camo while in SotW I think was his suggestion) to bring more balance. It is rare to see someone suggest something that will weaken their own preferred class. I would vote Polux as the "Luckiest" hunter, as he has managed to evade almost every single spell I have ever cast on him. |

Personally i think changing SOTW so no invis cast would totally hamstring hunters. We cannot outrun barbs, let alone barbs that are onslaughting other hunters. Our ONLY recourse to get away in those scenarios is invisibility.
I vastly prefer the old invisibility, by the way. It was much more flexible, and far, far more tactically useful. |
