Nice, nice! Maybe you could use open canvas or illustrator to clean out the lineart digitally and keep it CG?

didn't know you could draw edge, but it looks nice, you really captured the gay part well btw

and yeah I can see hat you mean about faces, there's probably some technique out there with some circles you can use

I tried going through some filters with openCanvas. Uploaded it directly to it actually with the scanner. I left it half white half colored for comparison.

Then later...

Then finished...
