We have a confirmation from Gamigo, so I will proceed to explain what we will do.

First of all, yes, clans will be disbanded, but founders will be given the gold to form them again. Individual transfer doesn't allow a clan to be transferred for obvious reasons.

The transfers will be done manually by the users by accessing our official website, logging in, and entering the "My Characters" section. As Gamigo accounts are not allowed to enter the account details in our website, we made an exception for this section temporarily.

We chose manual and individual transfers because it allows us to control how many characters are transferred to avoid adding up more population to overpopulated realms while underpopulated realms don't get enough of it. The system will not allow transfers until a quota for each one is completed.

Also, transfers will only be enabled for francophone countries.

This way, we will avoid a lot of problems that merge processes bring along, such as performance issues, massive amounts of useless data added to the database (inactive players, low level unused characters, etc) and specially the community problems that arise when characters of the same realm are mixed up. We prefer, from now on, to take care of those issues manually and of course, at some moment, also fix the past occurrences of this problem.

So, we will keep on testing and during the week we will announce when we will activate the transfers.

If someone isn't fast enough and the quota for either the overpopulated or the underpopulated realm is reached, will they be stuck on an extinct server?

What will happen to the players staying on Nemon?

What happen for french player if the quota of 1 realm is up ?

What happen for German and Holland players ?

Do Nemon will close?
If by some miracle of new French players appeared, they might create an account on which server? Can they create an account ?

The quota is of allowance. For example, if we have an overpopulated Syrtis, until X players in Alsius and Ignis transfer their characters, Syrtis will have to wait.

Those players have breached the terms of use by accessing to a Gamigo France account bypassing wirth proxies or VPNs. They are not covered by the terms of use and they won't be able to transfer.

Yes, Nemon will be closed. New French players will be directed to Haven.

This .... I created my account on Nemon when it just started. I didn't need any proxies nor VPNs, I could create an account with my dutch ip. After 1 year gamigo changed it, since then you need a proxy or VPN.

If this is true... my chars will be deleted? I didn't break any rule.

We have to analyze these specific cases, but anyone that created an account without proxies or VPN (we can verify this) will have a solution. Don't worry. We must double check there will not be multi accounting and we're transferring unique players.

I just pm'ed you. I would like to talk about this. I guess it should be fine in my case then. I don't have a Haven account anyway so this shouldnt be a problem.

It would be horrible if there won't be a solution... after all the time and money people spent, me including.
