You are kidding? This ring is 24lvl. Atm i am finishing last chest lock quest quest lvl26 afair. In Rae i have 3 undone quest, but they are old and don't give ring. Korsum is finished. And you said that is is quest from irehok. So we have this ring or not?

If Hypnotizing Amulet exists in Syrtis than this should.
