To be fair, that's just retribution for the 6-10 Alsius hunters that spend all their time camping Menirah beach (which is like, the only spot in Ignis where you can grind levels 35-39 in a reasonable amount of time), even coming back after they've been ganked by a low level warlock in grind setup.
