How long time can we have to transfer char before ended ?

and

what about char who have the same login btw haven/ra and nemon account ?

hello,

i have almost the same prob than emin cause i'm from belgium, and i get this msg on the pannel ;"Account is not from the country required (Francophone country)"

but in belgium, ont parlent aussi français non de non !

The transfer option will be open indefinitely. If someone realizes in a year that the Transfer was open, we want that player to be able to use their characters.

Gamigo France accounts should have no characters in Haven. If they have, they should be the same Realm as in Nemon and have available character slots for the transfer. If you're relating to having the same username, then both are different account even if they have the same username. The launcher lets you choose the referrer or maybe they have different passwords.

It's because your account is not enabled for testing. I added that to that error description. Désolé.

So if someone in haven alsius has the same login as me he will receive my caracters Oo ?

No, it means that if it has same username but different password it is another account and you shouldn't worry about it.

They may have to wait, but the result will end up the same when all are transfered. My suggestion is if Nemon is that underpopulated and not fun for the players there... I'm sure there are some that would switch realms for the sake of balance, if it meant coming to a better server. I think it's worth trying to accomplish because it will help the server in the long run, which helps the game in the long run also. I know transferring someone's characters to a different realm might have some complications, but who knows, maybe some in Nemon are willing to try if it's something NGD would consider making possible.

We would like to do so, but there's a lot of complications that would arise. The only thing we can do is control the process in order to avoid inequalities in the number of "new" players added to Haven.

Each character, for belonging to a specific realm has a lot of details that in some cases can't be correlated to the other realm or even converted. Players should give up inventory, quests, achievements. Not to mention the race changing, needing a whole new interface. It's something impossible, for now.
