the problem with electing generals will be this..unqalified voting or fake votes, and popularity ppl will only pick who they like not whos best meaning me and val are biig loosers by 20% of the fake votes since ppl hte us taht bad.

thats why the consil's votes are none of public concent meaning what they say we dnt lisen unless its tactics
