Raindance, they will give a compensation for the arrows: they will be transformed into gold.

I agree. Drop shadows on text that appears floating above someone's head are kind of pointless anyway. A small black border would be much more readable.

Using the keyboard hotkeys to open windows like the inventory, achievements, etc.. causes problems with the interface buttons like shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6ujHFivEJY
I'd like to suggest to fill the black spot where the X button is supposed to be with some shiny light. Like this: Maybe red, or Warmaster-blue.

I don't know if this has been said or not, but I'd like to request an option to disable my character's face on the top left corner of the screen. I'm playing on a low-end computer, with fixed pipeline and I've detected a pattern that leads me to believe that it is decreasing my FPS unnecessarily.
I understand why you introduced this feature and I believe the people with good computers will appreciate it, but I also think it would be important to guarantee playability on low-end computers by offering an option to disable it or by disabling it automatically when using fixed pipeline. But besides that, I love the new UI! I specially love the fact that you can see all your party members' mana and hp. Oh! And the new double spell bar, of course! Keep up the good work

I even think the new UI would look better (polish/look-wise) with a non-animated face. Better to have a sort of high-quality rendered once and for all static "avatar" a than loop animated and aliased bunch of polygons :P No mention it'd be less vulnerable to bugs by design. Please at least provide a checkbox to freeze this animation, every non-uselessly-wasted FPS is important... Nice new quivers ! Paintable?

Id love some UI aspects to be configurable by XML (isnt it already to some extend?).
I.E i would remove the avatar and increase the HP & Mana bar size. And move it around a bit. |

At least, provide an option to disable faces. You should ask yourselves "is this fancy feature of any use for a player who will spent (we hope) hundreds of hours on this game ?"

I just updated to the new version on Amun and my computer's performance is similar to the current version on Horus. Thanks for the fixes :P However, there's a small visual bug on the animation's place. It doesn't seem to affect performance, so I'd say it's low priority. Oh, and I'm running the Linux client. Once again, thanks for the reply and keep up the good work
