please think about this NGD, I've made several premium item suggestions, go look at them.

I want you to earn money, but I think a lot of other people don't want to invest because of bugs and a poor game design.
With this I mean that the code needs to be optimized and REALLY doublechecked for optimizations so it can be faster
Also fixing a lot of crashes would help.
Add more quests
add more mobs so people can level faster and enjoy the game the way it's meant to be played rvr/pvp
fix spells
fix balance

and stop focusing on how you can earn more xim when the answer is just above.

Now don't get me wrong, regnum online is a great game, it has it's fault but I trust you will fix them in time, and so do a lot of other players
please don't destroy your game even more.
Add a donation button on your site so people can donate money to you.

with this I mean, there's a lot of other mmos out there, and if you want to keep it up making the players angry is not the best step.

They also mentioned that the interface and point distribution will be revamped, it will be possible to undo a change before you apply it. No need for hysteria or panic.
