No option to tranfer my toon in Haven. If u have some reason for that can u explain this to me in pm.

Hi,

As i can know, some canadian From Québec ( as speak French) and some From soit switzerland can't transfer char.

I understand your decision to transfer only francophone people.

BUT, some players that started playing nemon from 2011 didn’t use proxy or vpn (as they said).

And if they had already account in haven you will u delete their account in nemon? That will be really rude especially that most of them spent a lot of money & time…in nemon

At least, if you want them to be unique, make them choose between the account in nemon, and haven.

I’m saying this because in our clan we have a lot of no-francophone people that they started when the server was created, and all they said that they didn’t use proxy (probably no ip restriction at this time).

I think most of them want to play with their nemon account, and recreate our clan again in haven !

My suggestion is this:

People that used proxy & vpn won’t be transferred, they break the rule.
If they didn’t use proxy make them choose

* They have already an account in haven? Make them choose between the 2 accounts.
* They don’t have account in haven, OK

Please help them, I’m writing this in behalf of many players that don’t have access to this forum.

for sure, if my memory is good, the restriction was for horus and lot of year later, the ip limite was make ...

so like say anukai, i think its not fair for ppl who made an account at the first period..

I wanted to thank you on behalf of all those who have already transferred their characters.
Now I wanted to ask you when you would reopen transfers, knowing that you had said that transferring players might even later.

There are the problems for some players living outside France but yet in francophone countries, there are also the concerns of those who are ' in their name or -

But there is the problem for those who normally have no problem and who encounter error data base so that there is no reason.

So I guess you have blocked access, which is bad since it remains some players + / - Nemon assets that have not yet transferred and are left with emptiness.

I hope you will reopen soon and ensure that everyone can play.

Today we are not yet all been on haven, and we really would like that there are no restrictions for people Nemon.

But this is not why I appeal to you, I will like to know when the stash account extensions will be recovered. Many of us have an extension and are now with 5 seats and are quickly overloaded

Could you do the necessary?
