Its a bug. And a lot of alsius and ignis people abuse the mana bug sadly

Both of these items just don't work. And btw the blunt dmg item is an amulet (stone token). So you can't have TWO of them on.

misaccc: What f***ing ring are you talking about misaccc ?

If it's only in Syrtis it VERY unfair to Alsius, as always Alsius comes after Ignis and Syrtis.
It have always been like 1.Syrtis 2.Ignis 3.Alsius.
yeye I know about hte development cycels ,but things like that must be inplemented at the same time or it will give unbalance.

2% evasion 2%moment speed + something more IS really much.
Mages can feel totaly owned by another mage that's running away 2% faster.

Nezzer, what do you mean by ALWAYS?

Do you not remember when Syrtis had no rings or Amulets at all?

Back on topic, I think the only attribute modifying equipment that should be allowed are ones that boost stats. No lower casting time; Arcane Devotion is for that. If you aren't a mage, bad luck. No passive speed, it's for hunters...no extra range, no quicker attack speed.

IMO extra evasion or hit chance are fine though.

I wear 3% chance for 700% dmg ring and I didn't have the chance to experience it yet :P maybe there could be a special 3 Realm quest for few items... but this isn't a place to give ideas, heh :P let's complain. WAUGH!

ok yea i forgot its an amulet but then i never said anything about having 2 of them at the same time right?

1st read up...2nd 2% faster mage is nothing trust me
and your idea of how NGD works on realms is totaly wrong here is an example when the quest items were fixed and new quests implemented ignis had to wait few MONTHS to get them unlike syrtis and alsius...but i agree that things should be implemented at the same time in all realms

EDIT:a possible solution make armor only for warriors or only for low lvls

listen... the armor has defence of 60 something per part..... 60x3 = 180 defence for + 2% evasion , speed, attack speed per part... hunters have no problem catching me with this armor on.... barbs have no problem catching me with this armor on... people with horses have no problems catching me with this armor on.... MAGES KNIGHTS MARKSMEN CANT CATCH HUNTERS ANYWAY PERIOD. Stop whining, if you want to be faster make a character thats based on speed.

The armor has its benefit but also its drawbacks.... i got hit with speed armor on by a mage with sultars terror lvl 5 and it did 968 damage to me plus i fell down. Since i fell i could not change armor... so then he casted lightning on me + meteor lightning did almost 1000 damage and meteor this almost 800 and i died before terror ran out.... would you rather i absorb all your damage and kill you?.. this mage didnt even need soulkeeper!
Why? ALL BECAUSE I WAS WEARING SPEED ARMOR that has crap defence.... Just chill.. it all balances out man

lethal shot hits me for a crap load also with this armor on... same with all basic attacks...

demon no need to explain to me i know how it works...but 1 lil thing u said knights can catch hunters?lol i cant do it with the speed armor and sprint
but i agree that the armor has lame defence i normaly get hit around 150 by a marks but when i have this armor i the dmg is doubled!300dmg

It looks noone likes this armor, so it should be removed to solve this problem...
