Really needs to be fixed asap, more and more people are using it. Barbarians mostly since they can hide the UM animation

Alo, its not only wings, most of the knights you see never getting knocked or any cc, even ''without'' having defense support animation on them, use the wings or another way to bug it. Apparently, any knight can bug or hide animation of ANY spell which he has.
Many bug def sup with this, it is very simple.
Just have def/off stance activated, cast a spell such as def support, just as soon its gonna get casted aka 3 sec cast time is getting over, press def stance so it turns off, so when it turns off, it also removes def sup animation with it.

Wasting my time trying to cast or wasting spells on:

* Knights with precise block
* DI-ed enemy because too short animation
* Conjus with invisible sanctuary animation coming out of fort
* Archers with SoTW because of bugged animation
* Enemy with cupid wings

Pretty much frustrating.

I really don't understand this, how can it be there again if it was fixed once?
Goes for all bugs they fixed so far, how can it be back again??

Some data gets corrupted and brings the same bug(s) back again?
Someone explain this to me please

They never fixed the cupid wings, the christmas hat was fixed.

Not the same bug. We thought it was and tried the same solution and it wasn't. We're still looking for that bug.

Since you can't fix it, on the spanish forum (thread seems to be deleted)i saw an idea for a great workaround by Franmenssana.

Adding some kind of cooldown so that you can't instantly un-equip and re-equip it. This would fix the issue for now. Please do something like this if you can't fix the bug itself.

Also i saw people saying "then just count the duration", which is utter nonsense unless they wanna tell us about another bug they are using? Because I for sure can't see thru fort doors and other objects if someone casts something, nor can i see whats going on behind me at all times. We can't change FoV anymore afterall.

Is it also worth our time recording those players and sending tickets? It is really getting stupid at this point.

Seing buffs is an integral part of any mmorpg, this should have a really high priority.

If you cant fix it then disable it temporary from the game till it get solved. If you dont want to fix it then remove it from the game and give back ximerins for wings. At least for once be serious for critical bug which affects gameplay badly. Worst thing is that people keep buying wings due to this bug? Pay2win for all costs?

They would have probably done that if it wasn't a xim item. But people paid money for it.
And refunding would most likely be too much of a hassle. Just giving the xim back wouldn't suffice i believe? because what if i bought the xim only because of wings, what am i going to do with the xim.

So even if it is just a dirty workaround, it should be done. The one proposed by fran is great imo, those who bought it because of the looks won't care and those who bought it because of bug abusing? who cares about them.
